About VerBodh

VERBODH PTE. LTD. is a software company in Singapore. We build web applications end to end — interface, backend, cloud infrastructure and the operations that keep them running — and we bring existing applications back up to standard when they have drifted. We also run our own products, which is where the same tools get proven before a client has to depend on them.

What we do

• New applications, built whole — product design through to production, with one team owning the interface, the API, the infrastructure and the deploy pipeline.
• Modernisation — framework and dependency upgrades, security and access-control hardening, cloud migration, and the test and deploy automation that stops the drift coming back.
• AI and agents — MCP servers that let an agent safely touch real systems, with access rules enforced at the API, and the agents that run against them.

Leadership

Nandan Kumaar — Director. Sole director of VERBODH PTE. LTD., responsible for the management of the company.

A Singapore Permanent Resident with more than 18 years in delivery and programme management for banking, insurance and financial services across Singapore and the wider region — in-house at global banks and a payments network, and client-facing as a consultant and system integrator on data transformation and cloud migration programmes for insurers. His work is data migration, ETL, data governance and regulatory reporting, against frameworks including MAS, BCBS 239, EMIR and GDPR, and he has run vendor pre-qualification, RFP and tender processes on the buying side of those programmes. Agile, Scrum, SAFe and hybrid delivery, with distributed onshore and offshore teams.

Ownership

Shareholders — Nandan Kumaar and Rupesh Panwar.

Directorship and shareholding are separate. The management of the company rests with the director.

Rupesh Panwar — background. Around 18 years in software engineering, solution architecture and cloud security across Singapore, Malaysia, India and China, largely in enterprise consulting and client-facing delivery for banking, telecommunications, healthcare, government and technology clients. Hands-on delivery of digital transition onto Singapore's government cloud — Government on Commercial Cloud (GCC) 2.0 and GCC+ on AWS — alongside AWS and Azure infrastructure, Kubernetes, Terraform and DevSecOps, with security and compliance measured against SOC 2, ISO 27001, CIS and OWASP. Full-stack development of AI-integrated applications, built whole: document ingestion and retrieval-augmented generation over private material, realtime voice, 3D and WebGL interfaces, MCP servers and multi-agent systems.

• We are small, and we say so — you deal with the people doing the work, not an account layer in front of them.
