VERBODH PTE. LTD. (UEN 202640155R), Singapore. How this website and the VerBodh account handle personal data.

What this website collects. It runs no analytics and loads no third-party scripts or fonts. It sets no cookies unless you sign in to a VerBodh account (below). It collects only what you choose to send:

Contact form. Your name, email, company and message are emailed to our support inbox through Twilio's email service. We keep them as we keep any email, below.

Ask box. Your questions are answered by an AI model (Anthropic's Claude). The conversation stays in your browser tab and is gone when you close it. We store only a daily question count against a one-way hash of your IP address, deleted after two days. If you ask us to follow up, the details you give are emailed to our inbox.

AI News briefing. If you sign up, we store your email address to send the briefing through Google Workspace. Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after seven days. Every email has an unsubscribe link; after that we keep the address only marked as unsubscribed, so we never mail it again. Ask us and we delete it.

AI News votes. Your browser keeps a random ID in local storage so each vote counts once. We store only a one-way hash of it, not who you are.

VerBodh account (Sign in with Google). If you sign in to your VerBodh account with Google, Google tells us your email address, whether Google has verified it, and the ID Google uses for your account. We ask Google only for basic sign-in information (openid, email, profile). We cannot read your Gmail, Drive, contacts or anything else in your Google account.

We use this only to know it is you when you sign in. Your account record is kept in Amazon Cognito, and your sign-in session in Amazon DynamoDB, both in AWS's Singapore region (ap-southeast-1). Your browser holds only a random session cookie. The sign-in tokens Google and Amazon issue stay on our server, are used once to confirm who you are, and are not stored. A session ends when you sign out, or after seven days.

We do not sell, rent or share Google user data. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train AI models. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

To delete your VerBodh account and the data above, write to the address under "Your rights". You can also remove VerBodh's access at any time from your Google Account's connections page.

Hosting. The site is static files served from Amazon Web Services in the Singapore region (ap-southeast-1) through CloudFront. We do not enable access logging. AWS processes request metadata of its own accord to operate and secure the service, under its own terms.

If you email us. We keep your message and address for as long as it takes to answer you and to hold a record of what was agreed. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

Our products and client work. iKanban, Clay & Curry and Scholar handle personal data under their own agreements and privacy terms. Where we build or maintain software for a client, that client is the data controller and we act on their instructions under the engagement contract. Nothing here replaces those documents.

Your rights. Under the PDPA you may ask what personal data of yours we hold, how it has been used in the past year, and request correction of anything inaccurate. You may withdraw consent at any time, though that may end our ability to provide a service. Write to support@verbodh.com, which reaches our Data Protection Officer.

Retention. We keep personal data only while it serves the purpose it was given for, or while law or a live contract requires it, and dispose of it after.
