The terms for using this website and a VerBodh account. Engagements with clients are governed by their own signed agreements.

What this site is. Company and product information, offered in good faith. It is not an offer, a quotation, or professional advice, and nothing on it forms a contract. Engagements are governed solely by a signed agreement.

VerBodh accounts. Anyone may sign up; every new account is reviewed by a person before it can be used, and we tell you the outcome by email. We may decline or suspend an account that is used for abuse, automated sign-ups or anything unlawful, and we will say so by email. You can ask us to close your account at any time.

No warranty. The site is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current.

Liability. To the fullest extent Singapore law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Intellectual property. The VerBodh name, the text on this site and our product names are ours. The illustrations, page-turn engine and typefaces are from the ThreeUI Community release under the MIT licence, with fonts under the SIL Open Font Licence 1.1.

External links. We link to our own products and to third-party sites. We are not responsible for content we do not control.

Governing law. The laws of Singapore, with the courts of Singapore having exclusive jurisdiction.
